Destined Terms of Service
Effective date: 20th of August 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 25 years old to create an account, and you must complete identity verification before your profile becomes visible to other members. You agree that the information you provide, including your legal name and date of birth, is accurate.
3. Your account and your conduct
You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for your conduct toward other members. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, share another member's personal information without consent, harass or defraud another member, or use the service for any purpose other than seeking a genuine relationship. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, with a reason recorded internally.
4. Sign-up fee and subscriptions
A one-time sign-up fee applies before identity verification, priced for your country of residence. It's refunded in full if identity verification fails a second time after one retry. The Courtship tier is billed on the fixed term you choose, and can be canceled back to the free Introduction tier at any time, taking effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. No guarantee of a match
We curate matches based on the compatibility information you and other members provide, but we do not guarantee that you will be matched, that a match will lead to a relationship, or any particular outcome from using the service.
6. Safety
You're solely responsible for your own safety when communicating with or meeting another member. See our Safety guidance for our recommendations. We are not liable for the conduct of any member, on or off the platform.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and notify members of material changes by email.
